Dr Eirini Lentari

With over 25 years of international experience, Mrs Eirini Lentari is a skilled ENT consultant specialising in voice and swallowing disorders. Ms Lentari, who is recognised by Preferred Health, diagnoses and treats a comprehensive range of ear, nose, voice, and throat conditions, offering patients the latest, unbiased, and personalised treatment options. She also performs Stroboscopic examination of the Larynx (laryngo stroboscopy) and FEES ( Flexible Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing ).

Mrs Lentari’s dedication to otolaryngology began early in her medical studies, where she was drawn to the critical functions of the head, voice, and hearing, integral to human existence alongside breathing and swallowing. She views the voice as more than a means of communication; it reflects the speaker’s emotions, personality, and unique identity. Through language, our voice conveys not only our message but also our physical and psychological presence and current emotional state.

Approaching each patient as a unique and rewarding challenge, Mrs Lentari aims to make a meaningful impact on her patients’ lives, enhancing their quality of life through tailored treatments. Mrs Lentari originally trained in medicine at the University of Crete and completed her ENT residency at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She later specialised in voice and swallowing disorders through a fellowship in Phoniatrics at the Catholic University of Leuven in Belgium. She also holds a PhD from the University of Athens, focusing on tumour markers in laryngeal carcinoma.

She is fluent in English and Greek. She is actively involved in professional networks, holding memberships with the General Medical Council (GMC), British Medical Association (BMA), British Voice Association (BVA), British Laryngological Association (BLA), and Greek Medical Council.
