Eddie Clarke

Eddie on the surface has a relaxed easy going manner that belies his experience. Above all other staff members he appears to read situations well, dealing with them appropriately. He challenges behaviours in a caring manner that leaves little doubt that the client might need to do a wee bit work on themselves. He is a great asset to the whole team at Abbeycare.

Eddie has been extremely helpful to me since leaving the clinic. His understanding of addiction and recovery is unmatched. His support both at the live aftercare group and on the phone when I’ve needed him has been essential to my recovery. I have received down to earth and well rounded advice each week at the aftercare group and look forward to the group each week - it has become a central part of my recovery which I couldn’t do without. Really can’t fault the service provided.
