It was nice to be listened to and then have a diagnosis clearly explained with possible options given. I felt Dr Cheent understood what I had been going through and was able to advise the best course of action. I'm pleased to say things have improved significantly and I am hoping things will carry on in this vein.

Dr Cheent was extremely friendly and polite and had all my previous test and notes available before our first appointment. After an examination he suggested a Gastroscopy to look for any possible causes for my discomfort. On the day of my procedure my husband saw Dr Cheent in the reception area and he came back to my room to explain that all had gone well and nothing sinister had been found and I that I would receive my histology results within two weeks. He then rang me with all the good results and insisted that I call him if I ever had any problems or worries in the future. Dr Cheent is a very thorough and excellent doctor and a very nice gentleman.

From the first consultation, I felt that Dr Cheent was taking me seriously. He did everything he needed to do to make sure that I had no physical symptoms and really put my mind at rest. Also everything was explained thoroughly to me.

I found Dr Cheent to be very amiable, easy to talk to and very professional. He made it very easy to understand the test results I had and also gave me some very good news regarding my health. He has also given me a plan for the future. I couldn't have asked for more and I'm very pleased. I would definitley recommend him to my friends and colleagues.

Excellent experience! Dr Cheent is a great doctor - has a great knowledge and experience, explains everything very well, patiently answers to all the questions and has a great approach as it comes to nervous patients - I was terrified of gastroscopy and he was very understanding and helped me through this. General care was excellent, as there is a great communication and genuine caring about the patient. If in need of gastroenterologist, I would always go to Dr Cheent, can't recommend him enough!

Dr Cheent is professional and very clear in his communication. As a nervous patient, he took care to introduce myself to the team in the operating theatre and their roles. His clinical decision on which tests and procedure made good sense to me. I'd recommend him to others.
