It was a huge relief to see Dr Chapman and get a diagnosis and idea of recovery time etc for my daughter. To know that it will take time but my daughter will eventually be back to herself was the best news. Dr Chapman was kind and friendly and was fantastic with my daughter Freya and explaining about the diagnosis. I'm so pleased we made the decison to get a private appointment and quickly to avoid further worry or stress. A huge amount of stress has been lifted just by knowing what we're dealing with. I wouldn't hesitate to pay and go private again in the future for a diagnosis if it were necessary. Thank you again 😊
Exceptionally helpful and very clear action plan.
Dr. Chapman was extremely professional and his knowledge of my daughter health was excellent! Thank you!
Extremely pleased with the care and expertise from Dr Chapman. Dr Chapman diagnosed our then 2 month old baby girl with a suspected allergy within 10 minutes of seeing her after many trips to the GP and being told I was worrying unnecessarily. This was later confirmed with skin prick testing. He was very kind enough to answer questions I had over email after our visit too which was most appreciated. Our baby girl is now a thriving, healthy and mischievous one year old!
During the consultation attended by parents and patient age 7, we all had the opportunity to speak and discuss our own thoughts on the symptoms our daughter is experiencing. At no point did we feel rushed and Dr Chapman answered all our questions fully. He was very able to put our daughter at ease and she happily chatted to him as he examined her tummy. Unfortunately there are no quick fixes to resolve the abdominal pains and other symptoms from which our daughter suffers. But I feel we have a way forward, to try some changes and see what helps her most.
Dr Chapman was very friendly and professional.
Helped me diagnose my baby’s allergy when 9 visits to GP hadn’t. Has a kind and sympathetic manor and answered all my questions.
Great - helped quickly diagnose and test for allergies and get our daughter onto appropriate food to remedy issues/symptoms.
Polite and professional manner, gave clear advice and explained new medication well. Was very reassuring and gave peace of mind.
Dr Chapman was very caring and attentive towards my son. Some doctors don’t show compassion and understanding but Dr Chapman did all that. He kept in touch with us and whenever I have a query or concerned he has always replied. I couldn’t recommend Dr Chapman enough Thank you
Clear explanation of the treatment. Pleased to answer any questions either in person or later on by email. Friendly and understanding
