About Dr Caroline Morgan
Dr. Morgan is an experienced consultant in Dermatology.She qualified from Southampton medical school in 1994 with a bachelor of medicine with honours. After house jobs she undertook a 2 year period of research into the skin absorption of drugs. She was awarded the Doctorate of Medicine in 2001, after which she joined the Wessex Dermatology Registrar training programme.
Dr. Morgan became a consultant dermatologist in 2006, practising at Poole Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, having spent the year prior to this in Australia specialising in skin cancer and dermatological surgery.
As well as being a very experienced dermatologist in practice, Dr. Morgan has written a number of research papers on drug absorption and skin cancer for which she has won awards from the British Association of Dermatologists and the British Society for Investigative Dermatology.

From the diagnosis to the surgery, everything was clearly explained and proficiently resolved.
Went in very nervous but was completely reassured by Dr Morgan who was extremely patient with me! Highly professional and personable.
I had two face lesions examined and biopsied under Dr Morgan’s care and I cannot speak highly enough about the whole experience. From initial consultation to the removal procedure and follow up, Dr Morgan was warm, reassuring, and most importantly really clear with her thoughts, explaining what was happening pre, during and post procedure and in the diagnosis.
