Mr Thangasamy Sankar

Mr Thangasmy Sankar is a Consultant Plastic Surgeon currently seeing private patients at Nuffield Health Leicester Hospital, The Hamptons Hospital, Woodland Hospital, SK:N Clinics Leicester Gallowtree Gate, Three Shires Hospital and The Harley Medical Group, where he is Chief Medical Officer.

Mr Sankar completed his medical degree at The Tamil Nadu Dr M G R Medical University, India in 1989. He holds a BTEC qualification in Laser and a Diploma in Plastic Surgery. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England and a Fellow in Plastic Surgery of the Royal College of Surgeons.

Mr Sankar has specialist expertise in cosmetic surgery and breast reconstructive surgery. He also has expertise in skin cancer surgery, laser surgery, and non-surgical cosmetic treatments.

In his current clinical practice, he offers a range of treatments, including: breast augmentation (enlargement), breast uplift, breast reduction using fat transfer, male breast surgery, gender reassignment breast surgery, body sculpturing, liposuction, rhinoplasty, non-surgical facial rejuvenation, skin tightening, muscle relaxing injections, and dermal fillers. He also has special interests in pinnaplasty, tummy tuck, face lift, blepharoplasty, rhinoplasty and brow lift.
