Dr Mayhead’s experienced approach I found to be both calming and reassuring at a time when I was quite stressed about my symptoms. My appointments at both the Chaucer Hospital in Canterbury and the One Hospital in Ashford were both efficient and friendly with swift results from Dr Mayhead. I will not hesitate to recommend him.

Agreeable discourse, and Dr Mayhead didn't have his own agenda as so many consultants seem to have! He was available to answer post-consultation questions, too, which he dealt with in a clear and concise manner. I would recommend Dr Mayhead to others, enthusiastically!

I was impressed by Dr. Mayhead's vast experience in performing gastroscopies, and mine was done efficiently and without any fuss. He also ordered a number of other tests which provided me with additional re-assurance. Aftercare was excellent, with Dr Mayhead being highly responsive to requests from my GP for further advice.
