Dr Justine Setchell

Dr Justine Setchell is a highly experienced General Practitioner with over two decades of clinical experience, now practising primarily in the private sector. She is a partner at GP London W1 and also works as an Associate at Hormone Health, where she focuses on supporting women through hormonal transitions such as menopause and premenstrual syndrome. Her approach is holistic, combining medical insight with lifestyle and nutritional advice to optimise wellbeing and quality of life.

She trained at Imperial College Medical School and has developed a strong interest in women’s health throughout her career. Dr Setchell holds an Advanced Certificate in Menopause Management, the Diploma of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, and the Diploma in Occupational Medicine. She is on the specialist register of the British Menopause Society and plays an active role in raising awareness of women’s health in the workplace. As part of her interest in occupational medicine, she regularly speaks on menopause-related topics for organisations such as The Sainsbury Family Charitable Trust and Acuris, and has featured on well-known podcasts including Liz Earle and Henpicked.

At GP London W1, she offers an executive medical service and values building long-term relationships with her patients to guide them through health concerns in a supportive and efficient manner. She was a member of the GP committee for the Independent Doctors Federation for six years, working to improve collaboration between the private and NHS sectors, particularly in providing joined-up care in areas such as menopause management.
