Dr Jose Eusebio

Dr Jose Eusebio is a GDC-registered Specialist in Endodontics and the principal of The Root Canal Specialist, a private specialist referral practice in Marylebone, Central London dedicated to root canal treatment and endodontic care.

Dr Eusebio completed four years of specialist postgraduate training in Endodontics at Guy’s and King’s College London, gaining advanced training in the diagnosis and management of complex endodontic problems. He holds a Master of Clinical Dentistry in Endodontology and Membership in Endodontics of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (MEndo RCSEd).

His clinical practice is focused on endodontics, including primary root canal treatment, complex root canal treatment, root canal retreatment, the management of persistent infection and previously treated teeth, and endodontic microsurgery where appropriate.

Dr Eusebio uses contemporary endodontic techniques and specialist equipment, including operating microscopes and three-dimensional CBCT imaging when clinically indicated, to assist with diagnosis and the treatment of complex cases.

Alongside the technical aspects of endodontic treatment, Dr Eusebio places particular importance on patient care and communication. He understands that many patients referred for root canal treatment may be experiencing pain or feel anxious about treatment, and he takes time to explain the diagnosis, available treatment options and what patients can expect throughout their care.

His approach is calm, reassuring and patient-focused, with the aim of providing specialist treatment in a comfortable and supportive environment.

Dr Eusebio regularly receives referrals from general dental practitioners for complex endodontic cases and works closely with referring dentists, providing appropriate communication and reports following specialist treatment.

He speaks fluently English, Portuguese, French and Spanish.
