Dr Davagnanam provided a comprehensive explanation of what he felt was the likely cause of my back pain, and of the treatment planned. During the procedure he kept me fully informed and prepared prior to each step.

I thought that he was polite, eloquent and professional at all times. I don't think that I could have found a better doctor to administer the procedure, that I was clearly cut up about, and he was reassuring throughout. I do not need to be anonymous. I am quite happy to own what I say. I was perturbed concerning the admin on two counts. Firstly I was told on the phone that I would be invoiced after the event. I am self funding through my son. When I arrived I was told it can't be done until payment was made ! Secondly I was asked afterwards by Indran where was the person that I came with and that I couldn't go home on mt own. Once again at no stage was I told both by telephone and email that I should be accompanied by anyone. I would reitterate that I am not complaining, just that these admin errors should be addressed

A compassionate and highly competent doctor. I have had these injections with Dr Indran previously and I was impressed to be afforded the same time beforehand to discuss the injection and ask questions. The process itself is painless, efficient and well communicated.
