Check up appt - Ian is always very thorough, reassuring and clear in his communication.

As per previous paragraph, Dr Kendal and his team are so helpful and skilled at managing my "fight or flight" response while getting the job done. Calm, quiet, genuine and takes the time needed.

Dr Kendall always makes me feel at ease and takes away my nervousness as I suffer greatly with this. His calm and friendly approach really helps - he always takes the time to speak to me not just about treatment but life in general and this also helps with nerves.

Ian creates an incredibly calm environment - relaxing even - and the work I've had done with him was no bother at all. It was my first root canal and I thought the experience would be so much worse. His manner and patience are exceptional. After my first appointment I told my partner if Ian wasn't such a good dentist I think he'd make a great hostage negotiator.

Dr Kendal was very friendly as always.

Ian always takes.the time to listen and explain any treatment needs with you. He is so calm and careful that he puts even a nervous patient like me at ease.

I have unfortunately for years been treated horribly by dentists for having a phobia due to a bad dentist when I was a teenager but Ian absolutely calmed me he listened and explained everything step by step and I was not made to feel like I was being stupid Thank you Ian
