About Mr Henry Taylor
Dr. Henry Taylor didi his initial medical training at Guy's Hospital Medical School in 1993, after which he trained in Oncology at the Royal Marsden Hospital and St Bartholomew's Hospital and was appointed as Consultant in Clinical Oncology at Maidstone in 2003, a result of his expertise and clinical skill.
Dr Taylor specialises in the management of all urological cancers, with a particular interest in early prostate cancer decision-making, advanced radiotherapy techniques, management of testicular cancer and managing patients holistically, acknowledging the cancer journey is more than just physical treatment but has an emotional toll too. Dr. Taylor is also interested in helping to define a strategy for cancer care as MTW Trust Cancer Lead Clinician, he is also chairman West Kent Urology Multidisciplinary Team (MDT).
Dr. Taylor is also significant in the field of research, with projects involving patients in appropriate clinical trials, he trains the next generation of doctors and was previously Royal College Lead for Revalidation, another one of the many strings to his bow.
