First time having a hearing test and mould for plugs - every step was clearly explained so i had no surprises.

An Exceptional Hearing Assessment and Result My first consultation with Dr Nasser was, quite simply, something of an epiphany. Having lived with significant hearing limitations and, unfortunately, having considerable experience of hearing specialists over the years, I arrived with fairly modest expectations. What happened during the consultation was completely different from anything I had previously experienced. Dr Nasser carried out an exceptionally thorough examination and, rather than immediately discussing new hearing aids or trying to sell me additional equipment, concentrated entirely on making the hearing aids I already had perform at their optimum level. The difference was remarkable. Following his adjustments, the clarity of sound I am now experiencing is at a level I genuinely never believed possible with my existing equipment. Obviously, there are physical limitations to my hearing that no hearing aid can completely overcome, but within those limitations, I have never experienced speech and sound with such clarity. The only additional recommendation was a bespoke mould to fit onto the end of my existing hearing aid. Even that relatively simple addition I am advised will make an even greater improvement to the performance I am now getting. What impressed me most was Dr Nasser’s knowledge, attention to detail and obvious understanding of what he was actually trying to achieve. My first visit an̈d a great experience

My husband spoke on the telephone with Dr Nassar, as I was unable to travel to see Dr Nassar myself. My husband found Dr Nassar's help in oairing my hearing aids very clear and easy to follow. Although my hearing aids were paired, I was unable to use them, and Dr Nassar thought it was either the connecting wire on the hearing aids, or my ears needed wax removal, or My hearing had deteriorated. Dr Nassar gave my husband a clinic in Southport, which does esr wax removal, but they no longer offer this service. This is not Dr Nassar's fault. I am in the process of trying to find a service who will come to the house to remove wax from my ears. My husband said that Dr Nassar was very helpful and understanding.
