Dr Gillian Ostrowski

Dr Gillian Ostrowski is a highly experienced General Practitioner with over 20 years of clinical and leadership expertise across both the NHS and private healthcare. She is recognised for delivering comprehensive, evidence-based medical care with a strong focus on prevention, early diagnosis, and long-term wellbeing.

After qualifying from Edinburgh Medical School in 1999, Dr Ostrowski trained at leading London teaching hospitals including Guy’s and St Thomas’, University College London Hospital, and Chelsea and Westminster. She became a GP Principal Partner in a large teaching practice in central London by 2007 and has since combined frontline medicine with senior strategic roles.

Since 2006, Dr Ostrowski has also worked extensively in private healthcare in Central London, developing an exceptional network of specialist colleagues across all major medical disciplines.

Her postgraduate qualifications span general practice, paediatrics, gynaecology, reproductive and sexual health, and occupational medicine. She is a Fellow of the Royal Medical Society of Edinburgh and has served as Associate Medical Director for both Wandsworth PCT and NHS England South London.

Alongside her clinical work, Dr Ostrowski is a GP Appraiser, a Medical Examiner, and a member of the examination team at City St George’s, University of London. She has also founded a successful private diagnostics company and served as a trustee of the Pregnancy Sickness Society, reflecting her commitment to advancing women’s health.
