Dr Chikura was professional and helpful. The administration in relation to the appointment booking process was truly awful. I was sent a letter stating I had missed an appointment which was incorrect and it was extremely difficult to contact any HNS representative regarding this error. There appears to be no online access to rectify appointment errors. The system is too paper based and administratively burdensome.

Dr Chikura had a good knowledge of sarcoidosis. His examination and diagnosis on my first visit was clear and accurate. His listening skills and accurate recording and reporting to my GP was excellent and hopefully his request to my GP for referral will be approved promptly.
