Dr Batsi Chikura

Dr Chik as I refer to him is always very polite and welcoming. He is always cheerful and easy to converse with. I feel it’s like having a chat with a friend. He is very approachable and not intimidating at all

I arrived early and was seen early. Very approachable, friendly, reassuring. I feel very comfortable speaking with Dr Chikura and feel that I can ask him anything without feeling silly. He clearly explained the next stage of my journey and we discussed what to do “if”and “when”. I've come home, clear in my mind, about the next steps and how long it is all likely to take. He asked both myself and my partner if we had any questions before we left.

Had steroid injection in my left hand I was quite nervous about having it but Dr Chikura and the rheumatologist nurse were very professional and friendly put me at ease. Dr Chikura did the injection gently I hardly felt anything overall good experience
