Wanted to take a quick opportunity to thank you for seeing Isobel in January. As expected the antibiotics that you prescribed for the eczema on her face worked quickly and we were also able to wean her off the steroids in the time period recommended. As suggested we have also been using the QV ointment which was working to minimise any flare ups. However, two weeks ago the sample of the Bioderma Balm that you gave was all I had to hand nd the difference in one day was remarkable! I have continued to use for the last two weeks and the rash has now healed and we have a much happier baby on our hands. She no longer scratches at night and is sleeping for much longer stretches (6 hours for the first time last week) which is good for everyone. Whilst I realise it was a minor problem compared to what some children face being able to fix it at last has made our lives that little bit easier and something we are very thankful for I hope you and your team are able to keep safe at this difficult time.

Thank you Dr Martinez, my daughter's eczema is remarkably improved, almost to the point that it has gone! The difference is truly amazing. She is still itching her stomach a little when we take her clothes off, but within about 2 days of starting the Fucibet she had barely any red patches left. Her skin is also feeling a lot more like ‘normal’ skin rather than sandpaper. We are so grateful to Dr Martinez!
