Dr Alain Palacci

Dr Alain Palacci is a General Practitioner with many years of experience in the profession. He qualified in medicine at St Thomas' Hospital, University of London in 1986, subsequently completing six years of intensive training in hospital medicine and until recently, worked at Queen Mary's Hospital Roehampton in their diabetes department

He is currently based at Barnes Private Practice where he has worked for the majority of his medical career, creating a team that pride themselves on delivering a caring and compassionate approach to both the diagnosis of health issues and with preventative medicine.

At Barnes Private Practice, Dr Palacci, along with Dr Alexandra Strachan, built the reputation for the practice surrounded by the philosophy that the patient always comes first. He works very closely with Dr Strachan to provide a service that is available 24-hours a day, 7 days a week to their registered patients. His main clinical interests are in paediatrics and general medicine, with particular interest in diabetes, general medicine, men's and paediatric health.

Outside of his general practice, Dr Palacci has worked as a government advisor as well as a medical practitioner for the Lawn Tennis Association, as well as sitting on numerous NHS boards.
