Ms Donika Ivanova

Donika Ivanova is an experienced acupuncturist with a strong foundation in Traditional Chinese Medicine and a passion for holistic healthcare. She holds a Bachelor’s degree with honours in Traditional Chinese Acupuncture from Middlesex University (2016) and later completed a Master’s degree in Chinese Herbal Medicine at the University of Westminster (2018). Her academic training has equipped her with both theoretical knowledge and clinical insight into acupuncture, herbal therapies, and holistic treatment planning.

Donika has worked across both NHS and private healthcare settings, allowing her to develop broad clinical experience in treating a diverse range of conditions. Her practice includes the management of musculoskeletal issues such as back and joint pain, as well as complex conditions including anxiety, insomnia, menstrual irregularities, infertility, menopause, digestive complaints, allergic reactions, and dermatological concerns. She regularly incorporates methods like cupping, moxibustion, and auricular acupuncture to support and enhance treatment outcomes.

In 2018, Donika founded Heaven Acupuncture, a mobile acupuncture practice offering personalised care to clients across London. Since 2022, she has been working at Brixton Therapy Centre, where she continues to deliver dedicated and compassionate care to her patients. Her approach is centred on creating individualised treatment plans and offering practical health guidance that supports each person’s overall wellbeing. Donika is deeply committed to helping people take an active role in their health through Traditional Chinese Medicine.
