The whole process was smooth. All aspects were clearly explained and I was very comfortable throughout. I had no pain and the procedure was competent and quick.
I was seen and treated on the 2 week pathway. I was treated with care and respect throughout the procedure.
In the 30 minutes I spent under his medical practioners function he operated in a highly efficient, professional and diligent manner with a comprehensive explanation of what was going to happen and any followup nerds or requirements.
The experience was calm and reassuring I did find it a little stressful finding where to find dermatology but I think it was more to anxiety and being dyslexic as the information on letter was detailed I should have broken the details into easy to follow directions for me before attending
Dr Dev and his nurse were both very caring and attentive in their approach. Every stage of the procedure was clearly explained and they both continued to ensure throughout I was comfortable. All my questions were answered in full. Big thank you to Dr Dev for making the unknown a comfortable and worry free procedure.
