Mr David Bravo is a skilled Sports Therapist who holds a BSc in Biomechanics, Rehabilitation, and Sports Psychology. With a strong focus on sports massage, rehabilitation, and injury prevention, he offers a comprehensive range of services designed to help both athletes and individuals recover from sports injuries and work-related stress, while enhancing overall physical well-being.

David specialises in a variety of techniques, including sports therapy, dry needling, medical acupuncture, and soft tissue massage, complemented by sport taping, electrotherapy, and shockwave modalities. His expertise is directed towards enhancing recovery, relieving pain, and addressing the physical stress and strain that result from both active lifestyles and occupational demands.
