The doctor not only diagnosed but also took a swab to get to the bottom of the recurring ear infections which I was very pleased about.

Dr Patel was very helpful and made sure I had any questions answered (being both friendly and professional). She took time to explain the online appointment booking system and informed me how to chase up a hospital appointment following her referral. The appointment was also on time, so I didn’t have to wait around; thank you!

The cogency of her approach, the focus in her manner and her methodical and systematic continuity of her prescribed treatments, Instil me with confidence. The thoroughness of her knowledge and experience in combination with her determination are outstanding and exemplary.

What I like most about Dr Patel is her approach to assess the health issues I raise looking at my entire wellbeing not only the specific health concerns I raised. I also rate very highly her warm and confidence inspiring communication and her ability to follow-up very promptly on any open items we agree.
