The doctor not only diagnosed but also took a swab to get to the bottom of the recurring ear infections which I was very pleased about.
Dr Patel is thorough and attentive, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. Warm and reassuring, Dr Patel made me feel heard and confident in their care.
Dr Patel was very helpful and made sure I had any questions answered (being both friendly and professional). She took time to explain the online appointment booking system and informed me how to chase up a hospital appointment following her referral. The appointment was also on time, so I didn’t have to wait around; thank you!
I have utilised the services provided at ‘Cholmley Gardens Medical Centre’ since 26 March 2013. I became a patient of Dr Darshna Patel, for the first time, since three weeks ago. The cogency of her approach, the focus in her manner and her methodical and systematic continuity of her prescribed treatments, Instil me with confidence. The thoroughness of her knowledge and experience in combination with her determination are outstanding and exemplary.
She did a good check on my condition and she prescribed the appropriate medication. She was very helpful and I would like to go again to her when I need.
