Daniel Griffin

Daniel Griffin is a Senior Physiotherapist and the HYROX & Hybrid Athlete Lead at LDN Physio. Having developed a strong foundation in elite athlete care and strength-based sports, he brings a performance-driven approach to musculoskeletal rehabilitation. After completing his BSc in Physiotherapy in the Netherlands, he moved to the UK, where he gained broad clinical experience through a range of clinical rotations and within private practice.

Having recently completed an MSc in Sports Medicine at University College London, Daniel focusses on the science behind high-performance rehabilitation and athletic development. This research-led approach informs his clinical work by strengthening his understanding of how rehabilitation strategies can be applied to optimise athletic development, performance and long-term physical resilience. This academic focus complements his deep clinical interest in treating shoulder injuries, particularly for athletes involved in high-intensity disciplines such as Olympic Weightlifting and CrossFit.

As a specialist in hybrid performance, Daniel integrates biomechanical insights and objective testing to support athletes in training more efficiently. He combines objective testing and biomechanical assessment with sport-specific programming and physiotherapy, helping athletes train smarter, move efficiently and perform at their peak. His ultimate goal is to bridge the gap between clinical recovery and elite performance, ensuring long-term resilience for every patient he treats.
