Dan listens carefully to issues and updates on what progress is being made, explains things really clearly and has helped make a big improvement to my shoulder mobility and strength.
Dan was brilliant. Very professional and made me feel at ease. Dan explained clearly why I may have come about the injury and what I can do to help reduce the pain and get back to normal. Dan also gave advice and a full range of exercises for future prevention. I cannot thank Dan enough. His expertise even helped me get 3 park run PB's between appointments.
I liked that I didn’t have to remember the exercises as he sent me a link with the exercises on which really helped
Very professional and explained things in simple terms without being patronising. Demonstrated each exercise and gave feedback when I tried and didn’t quite nail it. Got to the problem quickly and even helped ease discomfort while one exercise whilst I was there
So reassuring...I was in quite a state with severe pain. I have every confidence that I was given the correct diagnosis and know that the exercises were just right. Thank you Dan
