Dana Chapman is an experienced Mental Health Nutritional Therapist. She has a BSc (hons) in Nutrition and is a qualified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner. She is passionate about mental health and believes that everyone deserves to feel their best. Drawing from personal experience, Dana understands how demanding the corporate world can be, and how easy it is to neglect your own well-being in favour of work. This can lead to sub-optimal performance, feelings of depression and anxiety, and a general sense of poor well-being. By supporting the body, Dana believes we can perform better at work, feel happier in our day-to-day lives, and improve our overall quality of life.

If you're struggling with depression, anxiety, burnout, or brain fog, it's not always just a lack of neurotransmitters. Your diet, environment and lifestyle choices play a big role too. She is passionate about helping you make positive changes so you can feel clarity of mind, boundless energy, and freedom from the negative symptoms you may be experiencing.
Using an integrated approach, Dana aims to help you feel more energised and gain back control. She will create a plan tailored to each individual which includes nutrition, lifestyle, environmental and supplement advice.
Dana is a registered member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT), and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
