Christian Tadman

Christian Tadman is a Consultant Audiologist with over 11 years of clinical and industry experience, specialising in adult hearing rehabilitation and advanced hearing technology. He holds a Master of Audiology Studies from the University of Queensland, where he graduated with commendation for high achievement, and is a registered hearing aid dispenser (RHAD).

Christian’s professional philosophy centres on evidence-based practice and patient-centred care. He has extensive experience managing complex adult hearing loss cases and is skilled in tailoring technology-led solutions that significantly improve communication and quality of life.

Christian began his audiology career in Australia, working with Australian Hearing and National Hearing Care, where he delivered services across metropolitan, rural, and remote regions — including outreach work in aged-care facilities and multicultural communities. His dedication to accessibility and care for underserved populations has been a constant throughout his career.

In addition to his clinical expertise, Christian has worked as a Business Manager and Product Specialist for two leading hearing aid manufacturers. In these roles, he trained audiologists and hearing care professionals across both the public and private sectors, sharing best practices in the use of cutting-edge hearing technology.

Christian has also contributed to global humanitarian work through the Starkey Foundation, providing hearing care and devices to individuals in Bali, Vanuatu, and Manila.

Alongside his audiology career, Christian is a trained classical musician, holding a Bachelor of Music. His background in music informs his deep understanding of sound perception and has inspired his ongoing interest in hearing conservation for musicians and tinnitus research.
