Charlotte Pilgrim is a dedicated physiotherapist. With a wide range of expertise in areas such as neck pain, sports injuries, knee, lower limb, foot & ankle issues, tendons, lower back pain, post-surgical rehabilitation, hip, pregnancy care, and post-natal rehabilitation, Charlotte offers comprehensive care to her patients.

Her passion for sports extends beyond her professional practice, as she actively participates in football, running, cycling, and Pilates. Charlotte has gained valuable experience through her work at reputable institutions such as West Ham United Football Club, The Holly Private Hospital, North East London NHS Foundation Trust, and Hounslow and Richmond Community Healthcare NHS Trust.

Charlotte's proficiency extends to elite athlete rehabilitation, having spent seven years providing pitch-side care at the West Ham United Football Club Academy. Additionally, she is a certified Pilates instructor, having completed APPI Pilates Matwork Levels 1 – 3 as well as Ante and Post Natal Pilates. Charlotte earned her Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Southampton in 2010.
