Charlene Cobb joined Regain Hearing at the beginning of 2024 and is currently completing her Hearing Care Assistant (HCA) qualification. With a career rooted in customer-focused roles, Charlene strongly believes that attention to detail, delivered with genuine kindness, is what makes the greatest impact.

A dedicated and proactive member of the team, Charlene is committed to exceptional customer care and consistently strives to provide the high-quality service that Regain Hearing is known for.

Outside of work, Charlene enjoys playing badminton and values maintaining an active lifestyle. As she continues her training and development with the Regain Hearing team, she takes great pride in delivering a standard of care that helps keep the clinic at the forefront of hearing health.
