I found Dr Bhattacharya extremely professional. She listened to me without commenting or interrupting and then explained to me the tests that she intended to carry out. She has a lovely kind and gentle manner which put me at ease and made me feel very comfortable with her. I never at any time felt rushed and I felt I could ask her questions.

Everything was very straightforward with perfect explanation and a very clear direction of travel. My issue was resolved with medication which immediately helped me enormously. The only issue would be that there was still uncertainty over some of the test results which, as of yet, remains unresolved (but there may well be no resolution). Otherwise note perfect.
