Mr Aynsley Fry

Aynsley Fry is the Director of Sport Performance & Rehabilitation and founder of Gecko Fitness. He holds a BSc in Osteopathy and an MSc in Strength & Conditioning, combining clinical knowledge with practical performance expertise. His work focuses on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance development for athletes across all levels from aspiring youth to seasoned professionals.

Aynsley’s career includes experience with the British Judo Medical Team, International Speedway, and professional boxing. Many of the young athletes he has supported have progressed to compete at national and international levels.

At Gecko Fitness, Aynsley leads an evidence-based approach to strength and conditioning, integrating theory with applied practice. The service provides tailored support through a multidisciplinary team of healthcare practitioners and fitness coaches. Clients receive personalised programmes based on detailed health and fitness assessments, with ongoing monitoring and expert guidance.
