Dr. Aram Aran

Dr Aram Aran is a General Practitioner based in Cardiff, providing private GP services with a focus on personalised, patient-centred care. He offers consultations for general health concerns, chronic disease management, medication reviews and preventive healthcare, alongside diagnostic services including spirometry, ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, heart rhythm monitoring and 24-hour oxygen monitoring.

After qualifying with an MBChB in 1992, Dr Aran worked as a hospital doctor in a range of NHS hospitals before completing postgraduate training in internal medicine. He became a Member of the Royal College of Physicians (UK) in 2004 and a Member of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow in 2007 before retraining as a General Practitioner and becoming a Member of the Royal College of General Practitioners. In 2024, he completed a Diploma in Endocrinology with distinction at the University of South Wales.

His approach is centred on understanding the physical, psychological, environmental and social factors that influence health, allowing time to develop personalised care plans in partnership with each patient.
