Dr Morrison was extremely helpful and knowledgeable - making me feel very at ease.
Arrived before time so it gave us plenty of time to park but we found a space easy which was a great start. Loved the electronic signing in tablet, very easy to navigate. All the reception staff were friendly and gave clear instructions. Went into the appointment on time, Dr Merrison was very calming and explained the process and what she needed to do. I did not feel rushed and we were allowed to ask all the questions we needed. A very pleasant experience all round, thankyou.
