This was my 6 week appointment to check the surgery was healing and the next steps in my recovery.

Mr Abouelela was very clear and helpful. However it was 11 weeks after surgery after being told she should be seen at 6 weeks, we were cancelled 3 times. Not the doctors fault but doesn’t help a young person with learning disabilities

I had a bunion operation. From start to finish it has been smooth and no complications. All out patient appointments, see timely. Day case for surgery went very well. All staff have been lovely, from nurses. Drs , theatre staff and students. Carbon my foot is beautiful. Foot healing well. I’m very pleased. Lovely surgeon. Very polite, friendly and did an excellent job. Thank you. ☺️

Mr Abouelela performed keyhole surgery on my ankle, which involved correcting the joint and shaving down bone. From the very beginning, he was professional, approachable, and attentive during all pre-operative appointments. He took the time to carefully listen to my concerns and explained the treatment plan clearly, giving me confidence in the process. I never felt rushed during consultations—he was thorough, patient, and made sure all my questions were answered. Once the decision for surgery was made, everything was handled efficiently and with great care. The surgery itself has made a significant difference. Even months later, my ankle feels much improved, and I am very pleased with the outcome. I’m grateful for Mr Abouelela’s expertise and the high standard of care he provided throughout.
