Amber Hughes

Amber is a Clinical Soft Tissue Therapist specialising in sports massage, deep tissue therapy, and evidence-based soft tissue treatment. Her focus is on helping clients improve mobility, reduce pain, and return to the activities they enjoy- whether that’s sport, work, or everyday movement.

Using a combination of hands-on treatment, movement assessment, and tailored rehabilitation advice, Amber supports both recovery and long-term physical wellbeing. Her approach is practical and personalised, aiming not only to treat symptoms but also to address underlying causes and prevent recurrence.

Outside of her clinical work, Amber is passionate about the outdoors. She enjoys wild-camp cycle touring, hiking along coastlines and mountains, open water swimming, and scuba diving. These experiences give her a strong understanding of the physical demands placed on the body and reinforce her belief in the importance of movement, resilience, and maintaining overall physical health.
