I was extremely nervous when I went for my treatment, but I needn't have been. Mr Ahmed El-Basty was very kind and reassuring, and Nurse Jenna really looked after me. My procedure went very smoothly, I had no pain, and I was in and out within an hour. My follow up appointment went just as well. I am so glad I went ahead with this treatment and I am very happy with the results.

Both Ahmed and nurse Jenna were really wonderful to me as i was quite nervous. I had my varicose vein for over twenty years and it was massive! Ahmed and Jenna took 1.5 hours to get it out and spoke to me all the way through and calmed my nerves down totally. Well done team I now have legs I’m not ashamed of! Flew over from Guernsey for a consultation regarding my veins in my legs. Mr Elbasty was extremely welcoming, I get extremely anxious about medical issues and I felt very comfortable.
