Ms. Adela Hulpus is a highly skilled Consultant Ophthalmologist. She specialises in cornea and ocular surface disease as well as cataract surgery. Her NHS job is at Abergele Hospital, North Wales and her private practice is based at the Spire Clinic in Abergele. Renowned for her precision, advanced surgical techniques, and patient-centred approach, she has performed over 2,000 cataract surgeries, including complex cases, maintaining an impressive posterior capsule rupture rate of under 1%. This training allows her to meticulously plan each procedure, from preoperative assessments, and selection of the optimal intraocular lens to completing the surgery safely and offering comprehensive postoperative care.
