I had the fortune of being referred to Mr Frampton through a gastro specialist in relation to a problematic gallbladder. After suffering for years, and having had an unfortunate surgical experience a couple of years back (different surgeon and private hospital), I was initially quite anxious. But Mr Frampton was exceptional from the start and I needn't have worried. Risks, outcomes, and options were explained with great articulation and visual aids, and Mr Frampton's friendly and good humoured demeanor put me at ease throughout. In the lead up to and day of the surgery I was looked after well by Mr Frampton and his team. Communication was always informative, easy to understand, and reassuring. It sounds strange but I ended up looking forward to the procedure, which although wasn't the easiest (due to some abnormalities with my organs) was still performed exceptionally well if my current state and healing (2 weeks post-op) are reliable indicators. I can't thank and recommend Mr Frampton enough for this gift he has given me. He's a wonderful surgeon and lovely person to boot.
