Abeera was an amazing physio. I have had lots of physio’s over the years due to my past running career and never have I had a physio who has helped as much as she did. I would definitely recommend the clinic and Abeera.
Abeera was knowledgeable, attentive, and encouraging. She provided a combination of hands-on treatment, targeted exercises, and practical advice that helped me steadily regain strength, flexibility, and confidence in my movement. She carefully monitored my progress and adjusted the treatment plan when needed. She was excellent!
It was great she helped me either massages of my hip and quads and gave me exercises and stretches to do at home, I was fully healed after 4 visits,
I came to the clinic with shin splints in both legs and was treated by Abeera who was absolutely fantastic! She was very kind and got the bottom of my issue very quickly. After a few sessions I was back running again. Highly recommend!
