It was great she helped me either massages of my hip and quads and gave me exercises and stretches to do at home, I was fully healed after 4 visits,
I came to the clinic with shin splints in both legs and was treated by Abeera who was absolutely fantastic! She was very kind and got the bottom of my issue very quickly. After a few sessions I was back running again. Highly recommend!

She’s given her the confidences to move around and pushing her abilities with ease and care. She apparently gives the best ‘shoulder massages’. We couldn’t highly recommend her enough. She visited our home for these sessions.
