Ms Abeera Chughtai

Abeera was excellent throughout my treatment. She was warm, professional and very knowledgeable, and took the time to understand how my ankle was progressing at each appointment. I particularly appreciated how clearly she explained what was happening with the injury and what I could safely do to improve movement and strength between sessions. Her combination of hands-on treatment and practical advice gave me confidence in my recovery, and I always felt I was in very capable hands.

Professional and Abeera was knowledgeable as always.

I have lived inflammation most of my life and been treated by many physios on multiple occasions. Abeera was fantastic from start to finish. She is incredibly professional; I've felt completely supported throughout my recovery and highly recommend her. She is the perfect combination of warmth, genuiness and her attention to detail and beside manner ( so to speak) are amazing. I must say that her thereupeutic technique of releasing knotted muscles has left me with the least amount of soreness and post session discomfort which is a mean feat.

Ms Abeera is great, patient and clear! She is also very thoughtfull and organized with a very clear path for treatment.

I’ve been seeing Abeera Chughtai for the past few months and she has been professional, attentive and reassuring in helping me along my recovery journey on an Accessory Navicular aggravation injury. Also, it’s been great to have her as my physiotherapist and she is very easy to talk and and is understanding. Sad to hear that she’s going to be away for a while on maternity leave!

I have been seeing Abeera for few months now and she is very effective with me. I have very tight neck and shoulders and since starting physio with her, I have done great progress and I can move my neck so much better. She is also careful and always checks if the pressure of her massage is ok for me (it is always).

See comments beforehand - I’ve seen this physio a few times already and I must say she is one of the best physios I had. She is able to locate the pain and relieve as much discomfort as possible. I highly recommend this Ms Abeera!

Abeera, has put me at ease from the start of my recovery program, and continues to do so. She helps me to understand what is the cause of my injury, as well the process which will be followed. All deep tissue massage sessions are precise and thorough.

Kate had a session with Abeera today. As usual she worked really hard encouraged by Abeera's kind and confident manner. She really enjoyed it and the results show how valuable the time has been.
