Marion was extremely receptive and personable on receiving me at the entrance and settling me into the waiting area. The initial investigation of reasons for my visit completely put me at ease. Whereupon I met Mr. Pearson who treated me with such civility and sensitivity. My case was efficiently assessed and speedily rectified. I’M OVER THE MOON. 100% hearing and ready for work.
