Had vitamin B12 with Dr Alexanda always a calming environment. Always greeted with a smile and by name with the receptionist which is a lovely and professional way to be greeted. You dont jusy feel like a number the staff really take time to get to know you and your needs. Excellent service from start to finish with all the little extra touches. Highly recommend

The Doctor spent time listening and acknowledged the struggles my son is experiencing! He was sympathetic and helped him enormously. Medication was discussed and explained fully. We left with a feeling of relief that we now had a plan moving forward. He will review my son in a few weeks and adjust medication as required. Thank you to the receptionist who was professional and welcoming.

I’ve never liked the NHS GP system. Ten minutes feels rushed and it isn’t suitable for those who want to pro actively look after their health and longevity. Luckily I’ve had a great experience with Ezra / Zenvité. Being able to schedule an appointment online at a time / day suitable for my busy schedule is perfect. I’m also able to get any medication required delivered to my door. Having regular check ins gives me peace of mind that my health is in order.
