Your Menopause Doctor, led by Dr. Jayne Forrester-Paton, provides personal and holistic care to support women through perimenopause and menopause. Dr. Forrester-Paton offers empathetic expert advice, designed to help women take control of their well-being and protect their long-term health. She provides women with the time and support needed to explore their needs and devise a personal treatment plan.

The initial consultation is designed to explore the patient's needs and medical history, and agree upon a personal treatment plan advising on HRT, non-hormonal treatments, or lifestyle changes as appropriate. Consultations are available in person or remotely, and follow-up consultations are also available as needed. Dr. Forrester-Paton offers consultations in Cardiff and Penarth, or remotely through video or telephone.

Dr. Forrester-Paton is a highly qualified Menopause Specialist, with advanced certification from the British Menopause Society. She is an accredited Menopause trainer for both the British Menopause Society and the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare, and is an active member and co-founder of the Wales Menopause Network, a not-for-profit organisation passionate about ensuring women in Wales receive equitable access to evidence-based menopause care. Dr. Forrester-Paton is dedicated to empowering women to take control of their health, and helping them navigate the challenges of menopause with confidence.
