Woodgrove Care Home, part of Four Seasons Health Care, is a purpose built home located in a quiet suburb in Lisburn. The team at Woodgrove offers nursing care for residents with complex medical conditions, palliative/end-of-life care for those with life-limiting conditions, specialist care for residents with learning disabilities and respite care for family and friends that are in need of a break.

Many of the residents at Woodgrove only have modest care requirements and enjoy living in a secure environment, whereas many others require 24-hour nursing assistance. The team is dedicated to helping all residents maintain a good quality of life at Woodgrove through involving them and their families in all decisions regarding their care. The team also strives to make their residents with life-limited conditions as comfortable as possible
