This was my first visit and it was for my health check. It was a very thorough but relaxing visit. I was seen by an extremely lovely doctor, who had time and patience.

Efficient friendly staff from the moment you enter the building. Appointments are clear calm and you are made to feel at ease immediately , never feeling rushed and all information given clearly. never had a doctor appointment make me feel so at ease to speak in my own time.

West End Health has been excellent from start to finish. I completed the health assessment and then had follow up appointments with Dr Faiza Murad. The appointments were genuinely unhurried - I had plenty of time to ask questions and talk things through properly, which makes a big difference. The report I received afterwards was detailed, clear and really useful. It’s given me real confidence in my current state of health and, as someone who likes data and tracking, it’s a great baseline to measure against going forward. It genuinely feels like healthcare as it should be.
