It was great that the dr listened to all my concerns and symptoms and came up with a plan to go forward with them or my nhs dr. The appointment was arranged for the same day. I wasn’t rushed and left feeling more positive!

Excellent, unhurried consultation. I felt my concerns were understood and appropriate action taken. I have every confidence in Dr Murad and have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending her .

The first phase of my annual health assessment with Dr Murad gave me confidence that my overall health is good hands. She was knowledgeable and professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment, listening and responding to the issues I raised no matter how small.

In all my 81 years I have had nowhere near anything like the thorough health check by Dr Yemi. Everything was explained in a friendly nanner as the check progressed and I felt instantly at ease with no anxiety throughout the procedure.

Exceptional service from the first point of contact through to the appointment itself. We were able to secure a same-day appointment, which started on time and felt both relaxed and thorough. Nick answered every question patiently and never made us feel rushed. It was a genuinely unique experience compared with typical GP services, and one we would highly recommend.

Our second visit was another good experience and my issue was dealt with thoroughly by the GP. A couple of minor issues going forward.

This was our first visit to the practice, we attended for our first health MOT. Very impressed with the practice and the doctor we saw. Comprehensive history taking and blood tests for our baseline health. We just need to wait for the results!

I haven’t experienced a consultation like that for at least twenty years, given time to explain my concerns to a very experienced and knowledgeable GP, who was kind enough to refer me to a lady GP for a female issue that needs to be looked at further.
