Professional and welcoming

This was my first teeth cleaning and I was incredibly pleased with the level of care and professionalism provided by Chloe and the team. I left the welcome clean with all my questions answered, next steps and advice given, and lovely clean teeth! I look forward to coming again.

The reception area was clean and well-lit. I was greeted immediately by friendly staff. I did not wait long at all for my appointment, which was professional yet friendly. I especially appreciated how my dental hygienist and therapist Shelley Belgrove compared how my gums and teeth were doing compared to my last visit. She gave me percentages such as plaque build up that were very helpful and confidence-boosting. I felt I was in good hands, and that my visits to Wello (currently, yearly visits) are benefitting my teeth.
