Vice Versa Psychology

Created and managed by Dr Matina Sortilli, Vice Versa Psychology provides psychological therapy and counselling to people suffering from mental health issues. The types of conditions treated are numerous and can range from low self-esteem, dealing with challenging life circumstances to more established diagnoses and chronic symptoms: depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, etc.

At Vice Versa Psychology we have a special interest in helping people with eating disorders and understanding the principal factors that affect an individual's relationship with food. We work closely with a specialist nutritionist on Harley street to enable people to move in the right direction.

Dr Sotrilli specialises in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Third Wave CBT (mindfulness, acceptance and commitment therapy). With over a decade of experience applying these kinds of therapies in community mental health teams and the private sector, we provide a high level of treatment in a kind and compassionate manner.

Therapies can be offered face-to-face or over Skype, giving our patients maximum choice and flexibility in our modern world.
