Urgent Care Centre Marylebone

The Urgent Care Centre in Marylebone is based at the Princess Grace Hospital and offers walk-in services as well as face-to-face video or teleconsultations. Initial consultation price is £100.

The Centre is able to treat a wide range of minor illnesses and injuries. The expert team can quickly refer you to private specialists and provide on-site diagnostic imaging (X-Ray). Other imaging tests (ultrasound, CT, MRI) may be performed with a referral from a specialist private clinician. There are also blood testing and laboratory services accessible. Additionally, there is on-site access to a variety of Point of Care diagnostic testing, allowing for fast results and treatment.

Conditions treated include the following:

• Minor illness
• Simple Wound care and dressings
• Conjunctivitis
• Minor head injuries
• Repeat prescriptions
• Earache and minor ENT conditions
• Abdominal complaints
• Musculoskeletal injuries and minor trauma

Conditions NOT treated at the Urgent Care Centre include acute confusion, heart attack, stroke, head injuries, severe pain, pregnancy over 20 weeks, bleeding during pregnancy, mental health conditions, and life-threatening conditions.

Patients must be over the age of 18 years.
