This is a belated follow up as this message got lost in my system: It has been 3 years since my total knee replacement and my knee is still working perfectly. Mr Saksena and his team as well as the nursing staff on the ward were first class on all counts . Many thanks and sorry for the delay in responding.
All round positive experience. The doctor understood my concerns and showed empathy and insight .
As you walk in the first thing I noticed was the cleanliness which carried through to the first floor. Both reception areas were very friendly and the wait time was quick.
The best experience l have ever had. I am very impressed. Highly recommended!
One small delay otherwise the operation was timely and the staff very good
