Total Rehab

Total Rehab is a digital physiotherapy app providing post-surgery and sports injury rehabilitation programs with the user in mind. Total Rehab was founded by CEO Dharam Vyas with the mission to revolutionise physiotherapy in the UK in response to the increasing waiting times for NHS appointments.

With over a decade of clinical expertise as a Sports Therapist, Dharam Vyas previously managed his own Sports Injury and Osteopathy clinic in Bromley, London. In 2021, a personal sporting injury led him to undergo ACL rupture surgery, revealing a notable gap in the availability of comprehensive online rehabilitation programs. This realisation developed a passion to create a mobile app that provides inclusive programs for post-surgery and sports injury interventions, catering to individuals regardless of age or activity level.

The outcome is the Total Rehab App, a holistic mobile solution offering four sports injury plans targeting the lower back, shoulder, ankle, and hamstring. Complementing these are three postoperative rehab programs meticulously crafted for total hip replacement, total knee replacement, and ACL rupture. Total Rehab’s services are rooted in values of caring, innovation, trustworthiness, and compassion. The team behind the app prioritises the delivery of the highest quality care with empathy and understanding.
