The practice was clean, I had a very warm and friendly welcome to the practice and did not wait long at all! During my assessment, I was asked all the appropriate questions and there was no ambiguity as to what I should do during my assessments. My results were explained to me in terms that I could understand and the next steps were easy to follow. I am really quite impressed!
