The Plastic Surgery Group was founded by leading plastic surgeons Dr Dan Marsh and Dr Mo Akhavani, as an alternative to large, commercial impersonal cosmetic surgery clinics that would often be impersonal. Their vision was to open a clinic with a focus on quality and service, that offers patients a unique and tailored experience.

The group brings together three of London's most experienced surgeons, who are experts in a wide range of cosmetic procedures. The PSG surgeons are among the few in the UK who carry out the majority of surgeries under sedation and local anaesthetic meaning faster recovery times and minimal downtime.
